Our First Summer Activities Day with Creating Positive Opportunity.

Hey everyone! We had an absolutely amazing time at our very first summer health club day organized by Ran for Creating Positive Opportunity. The event took place at The Canopy Community Hub and Kitchen and it was a day full of fun, fitness, and friendship. Let's take you through all the exciting activities we enjoyed!


Breaking the Ice and Building Bonds ๐Ÿค

The day began with icebreakers to get to know each other and make everyone feel comfortable and welcomed. We also learned some fascinating fun facts about each other, discovering the diversity of interests and experiences within the group. The positive energy and camaraderie set the tone for the rest of the day!


Empowering Boxing Session ๐ŸฅŠ

Next up was an exhilarating boxing session! Under the guidance of experienced trainers, we learned some basic boxing techniques, including jabs, hooks, and uppercuts. Boxing not only provides a great workout for the entire body but also serves as a fantastic stress-reliever. It was incredibly empowering to see everyone giving their best and embracing their inner strength.



Delicious Homemade Smoothies ๐Ÿฅค

After working up a sweat, we treated ourselves to some refreshing homemade smoothies prepared by the talented Georgia. They were the perfect fuel to recharge and keep us going for the rest of the day.



Healthy Packed Lunch ๐Ÿฑ

A healthy body needs nourishing food, and that's precisely what we had for lunch! We enjoyed a nutritious packed lunch. Eating together as a group added a sense of community and made the meal even more enjoyable.


Epic Dodgeball and Relaxing Stretch Session ๐Ÿ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™‚๏ธ

In the afternoon, we had a blast with an action-packed game of dodgeball! The laughter and excitement were contagious as we dodged, ducked, and dived to avoid the balls. It was a fantastic way to unleash our playful sides and have some healthy competition.


To wind down and cool off, we concluded the day with a gentle stretch session led by a professional instructor. The stretching helped us release any tension built up during the day and left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

As the day drew to a close, we all agreed that it had been an unforgettable experience. We'd like to extend a heartfelt thank you to SparBar boxing for providing us with top-notch equipment, making the boxing session even more enjoyable.


But the best part? We get to do it all over again next week! We're already counting down the days to our next summer health club day.๐Ÿค—๐ŸŒž
