Food for Thought is an innovative educational resource pack designed for secondary schools KS4 and sixth forms, aimed at empowering young people with knowledge and understanding of food, diet culture, social media and much more. This learning pack provides valuable insights into the issues related to food, mood and cravings, while emphasizing the positive and supportive message that can help young people make better choices when it comes to their diet.

Gemma brings a wealth of experience and expertise to this role. She has spent years working in the field of youth education, developing and delivering programs and resources that help young people.

 Majdi is the Chief Medical Officer of OpenBiome, a non-profit stool bank that collaborates with clinicians, hospitals, and researchers to make faecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) safe and affordable for patients suffering from recurrent C. difficile infection. 

Bailey is passionate about change and founded BeGreatFitness in 2020 at the age of 17 in order to make fitness accessible to all after seeing some of the more vulnerable population get neglected by the fitness industry

Food for Thought's piolet run is funded by the 'My Grimsby fund' which is a collaboration between GTFC (Based in both Bailey and Majid's home town - Grimsby) and My Energi a leader in the renewable energy sector. This pilot will be ran in order to get a feel for how the kids take to this pack and the impact it has on them. From then we will go back to the labs, develop, make tweaks and re design the project in order to best help those we are working with.
